Several meetings may be necessary toward securing a design that is suitable to you as well as realistic in terms of costs, codes, and structural requirements. Once finalized, the preliminary design can be used to obtain cost estimates from selected contractors.

Rena can provide you with a list of local contractors well-matched to the type of project you are planning. The cost estimates procured at this phase will be compared to the projected budget, ensuring that the final project will be constructible.

South

Contractors will also provide valuable feedback and information on the technical aspects of the project.
